I am an international student from Gujarat, India, in the final year of a bachelor’s degree program in Biochemistry and Biotechnology at the University of East London (Stratford). I am on track to graduate in September with an overall score of 70%. With more than three years of experience as a pharmacist assistant and pharmacy dispenser, I have developed strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and computational proficiency, both independently and within team environments. My dedication to continuous improvement and adaptability have been crucial in my academic pursuits, allowing me to meet deadlines and manage my time effectively. Through various university projects, I have developed a keen interest in the intersection of science, compliance, and project management.

Throughout my three years in this role, I built a reputation for honesty, organization, trustworthiness, and decent computational skills. This experience contributed to significant personal and intellectual growth, aiding my academic pursuits by improving my presentation, communication, and scientific skills, as well as time management. I have evolved and grown in meaningful ways and am excited to continue this journey of growth and development.

From September 2020 to May 2024, I pursued a BSc in Biochemistry and Biotechnology with a Foundation year at the University of East London, achieving an overall grade of 70%. My education included significant projects, such as a retrospective study on using co-amoxiclav-loaded sutures after C-sections and a computational approach to inhibit MNK kinase signalling for cancer treatment. I utilized software like Pymol, BioviaDraw, and Maestro, and gained comprehensive knowledge in biopharmaceuticals, biotechnology, bioinformatics, organic chemistry, drug designing, medicinal chemistry, monoclonal and recombinant antibodies, gene therapy, vaccines, and the use of transgenic animals in cancer therapy.
