I am a successful beauty business owner which I have ran for 13 years. I am extremely hard working and have always had 2-3 part time jobs along with my business working 87-105 hours a week. I have worked in factories, retail, admin and warehouses and am able to adapt to change and people. I have a passion for customer service and have always been interested in the property industry. After studying Cemap 1 I am excited to be involved with helping customers achieve one of their biggest commitments they will make in their lives and to make the process as smooth as possible. I understand there is a gap in the market and with a lot of Asians moving to UK, they work hard and have money but have a language barrier which I am able to help with . I believe my personality, being able to speak Asian languages and drive to make a difference to people lives will bring great success to myself and the company I work for. Being a business owner and having customers service experience in various fields I am able to understand the customers demands and needs along with understanding how to work in order to make the Company grow
