For the past three years, I have served as an assistant GM at Market House, where I lead a team of 10+ staff. My responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, training, rota planning, and overseeing daily operations. I am proud to foster a supportive and efficient environment where team members feel valued and motivated.

Additionally, I bring strong administrative capabilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, booking systems, and client communications. I am confident handling cash, key holding, and maintaining a secure and organised environment.

Beyond hospitality, I’ve worked across B&B sites in Rome, in a healthcare cancer department, and as a set designer for resorts. I have also begun assisting in HR functions, further expanding my professional skill set.
