In the following role, I learnt how to work as a team when completing, which it included sorting the parcels and safely loaded into belts ready for the drivers. This meant I had to make use of my communication skills in order to work at a quick pace whilst achieving tasks at the assigned deadline which it enables me to satisfy the consumers by providing an outstanding service.

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT, HASTINGS DIRECT 
I was allowed to secure a work experience role as an Administration Assistant at Hastings Direct, which enabled me to learn how to effectively time manage and organize each task in order to complete each task at the set deadline because it helped me keep consumers happy which it led to them always wanting to come back. In addition, I effectively learnt how to make use of Word Document and Excel to ensure that important files were up-to-date and easily accessible, which benefits the colleagues whom need quick access to important documents to appropriately assist consumers in order to satisfy their needs.
