As you can see from my attached CV, I am a professional currently looking to utilise strong skillset and transferable expertise to gain a role in Business/Data Analysis. I have valuable technical knowledge and in-depth experience in creating visual reports and dashboards, project management, change management, and expertise in analysing and altering processes to ensure efficiency. 

I have a wealth of experience within project management and all of my roles have encompassed leading teams to deliver a variety of projects; building stakeholder relationships; facilitating progress meetings; driving senior level decision making; leading critical work-streams and managing major projects as part of transformation and policy delivery, which I continuously delivered to set deadlines and agreed budgets. 

With a creative and lateral approach to problem solving I am a decisive individual with the required communication skills to appropriately manage change and the ability to disseminate complex and technical information to individuals with varying technical abilities.  I thrive in a multi-faceted and fast paced environment and am equally adept at working independently as I am as part of a cohesive team.  To support project delivery, I am methodical and analytical in my approach and ensure accuracy while delivering exceptional results. 

My expertise lies in successfully coordinating organisational resource planning and development. Throughout my career, I have facilitated staff recruitment, training, planning, and employee relations practices. With complementary skills in process improvement, records management, and team collaboration, I am confident that I can make an immediate and positive contribution to your organisation.

I have successfully created and implemented operational processes by interpreting and utilising data and feedback to improve processes, and quality outcomes, coaching and developing employees, and managing business development efforts. Through my experience, I have become adept in overseeing achievements through effective relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.

Throughout my positions I have demonstrated my influential skills and I have been responsible for setting high standards, forward planning and the management and implementation of change. I am practical, pragmatic and creative and always seek to find solutions to problems that produce the best results for all parties where at all possible.
