About Gordon Currie:

Have worked as an engineer and engineering manager at all levels. I have 7 years experience specifically with military power systems and battery design. 

I had a long career working for an American company in Asia designing power supplies and power systems. I worked in a number of roles progressing front Design Engineer to Vice President Engineering. I moved back to the UK 3 years ago at the onset of the pandemic for family reasons.

My strengths are innovation, problem solving and growing people/organisations.

4 years as a design engineer working on military power systems.

29 years working For Emerson Electric as Sr. Engineer to VP Engineering for a BU.

4 years setting up engineering for a startup and designing  renewable energy solutions.

3 years working as a Senior Engineer designing military batteries.

Education

Honors degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Glasgow University.
