Newly qualified dietitian. My interests lie in public health, wellbeing, longevity, and private practice, with a focus on supporting active and working populations to optimise energy levels, metabolic health, and overall long-term wellbeing. I have a strong personal interest in fitness, regular gym-based training, and eating well, which informs my practical and realistic approach to nutrition care. Student Dietitian, Royal Oldham Hospital – Manchester (Jul 2025 – Oct 2025)

• Conducted comprehensive nutritional assessments using anthropometry, biochemistry, clinical history, dietary intake, and environmental, social and functional factors.
•  Developed, implemented and reviewed individual nutrition care plans in line with patient needs.
• Provided tailored nutrition support in both acute and community settings to adult, geriatric and paediatric patients.

• Completed nutritional screening and contributed to dietetic assessment and care planning in an acute setting.
• Delivered educational group sessions for up to 15 patients promoting dietary management and nutritional optimisation for individuals with COPD.
•  Maintained clear, accurate documentation using electronic patient records (HIVE).
•  Completed a fluid balance documentation audit which identified inconsistent and incomplete recording of fluid balance charts, resulting in inaccurate assessment of patients’ hydration status increasing clinical risk. Presented findings to other dietitians and contributed to the implementation of tighter documentation standards and staff education to improve accuracy and patient safety.

Nutrition Support for University Athletes - Manchester Metropolitan University (2023)

•    Delivered online and in-person nutrition consultations to a diverse range of university athletes to support training, performance and recovery.
•  Developed and tailored individualised nutrition plans based on athletes’ goals, training demands, dietary preferences and lifestyle factors.
•   Maintained a professional, approachable manner to build rapport and support behaviour change.
•  Provided regular follow-up appointments, reviewing progress and adjusting nutrition plans to optimise outcomes.
