About Grace Mitchell:
Newly qualified dietitian. My interests lie in public health, wellbeing, longevity, and private practice, with a focus on supporting active and working populations to optimise energy levels, metabolic health, and overall long-term wellbeing. I have a strong personal interest in fitness, regular gym-based training, and eating well, which informs my practical and realistic approach to nutrition care. I aim to deliver safe, effective, and sustainable dietary interventions that support both health outcomes and quality of life.
