I am an outgoing, friendly person that not only my colleagues can approach and feel comfortable but customers do as well. Being on the front in my Cafe role, I am the first one a customers sees when they walk in; I always make sure I have a smile on my face and help them with any problems to ensure their visit it a positive experience. I love going to the gym or working out from home as it keeps my mind clear and my body healthy. I enjoy to bake all things sweet and am enjoy the creativity of decorating the cakes once they are baked and trying new recipes. I have a huge interest in fashion and am focusing on fashion marketing in my last year at university as this is something I hope to pursue in the future. I am extremely hardworking and strive to always do my best in any task I am given. I am great at working in a team as I always have done in my previous roles but can also work individually just as well when needed to. Being in the customer service industry for over 5 years, I know what it takes to make a customer have a positive experience and want to return as well as knowing how to handle customer problems and resolving those issues quickly and efficiently for both the customer and the business. 

I have worked in a busy cafe for over 5 years and 3 years experience of being a front team leader. This role has included, delegating jobs to my team members, stocking the tills with change, solving problems, refunds and many more. This job has allowed me to gain excellent customer service skills and communication with both colleagues and customers and my goal is to ensure every customer who walks in gets the best, positive experience when visiting. Being a team leader meant I was in first to set up the front ready for the day and sometimes even staying to the end to cover other members, which I was always happy to do. 

I am currently in my fourth year at university studying marketing, this follows on from my BTEC business studies I did at college where I achieved 3A*'s. I have always had a passion for business studies, especially the marketing side which is why I chose this as my degree. I am looking forward to starting fourth year as my unit I chose to specialise in is fashion marketing. Fashion is a huge interest of mine and I hope to do fashion marketing in the future. I have just completed a placement year in an Aesthetics Clinic where my role was ‘Marketing and General Assistant’. In this role I was in charge of all social media accounts, creating and editing the content as well as all the administration behind the scenes of the business and interacting with clients that came in to the clinic and making sure their experience was a positive one.
