I lead strategic communications across all digital channels, manage urgent and sensitive casework, and represent the office at civic and interfaith events—all grounded in a commitment to integrity and public service.
• Regulatory & Leadership Roles (NatWest Group): My time in the financial sector focused on high-level regulatory planning, governance, and risk. I led the redesign of regulatory assurance frameworks, advised senior leaders on operational resilience, and successfully managed complex change initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
