Over 30 years project and team management experience across various sectors such as National Government, Rail, Energy and the Built Environment. I have a wide range of experience Including:  client side, Pre-Construction, Design and on Site as number 1. I have been responsible for over 200 people. I have worked with portfolios worth £500m 

Experience

I have worked in the full life cycle of projects ranging from generating a business case for national government and managing the project to completion, through preconstruction, design management and on site Senior project management  of a prestigious high school build. I have always strived to improve practices in line and ahead of industry trends. I have a solid understanding of technology , BIM , Artificial Intelligence and the possible applications. I have been through Prince II certification and Lean Training
