Management of inventory of 450 to 500k despatch cases per week, with a Cost of Goods Sold of £205m p.a being delivered to the largest hospitality client in the UK (3000 locations)
Delivery of 3 internal takeovers during Summer 2020 and Summer 2021 and the difficulties, on the supplier management elements that this brought due to the state of the world at the time.
Software Implementation of a new Forecasting and Demand Planning Software – Slimstock and Slim4. IT integration process achieved during 2021 from KN Systems to GXO Systems.
Daily, weekly, monthly management meetings with all stakeholders within the Client up to Board of Director level.
Management of 7000 SKUs with 400-500 SKU changes per week. Each SKU to be individual managed systemically.
Multi temperature product management from Pick to Zero chilled food through to long life GNFR Non-Food items and menu management
Control of inventory at 1 NDC (Non-Food), 2 RDC’s (Food and Non-food) and understanding of the cross-dock operations at 2 regional distribution hubs.
Management of 0-3000 pallets of outside storage across multiple 3PL locations and management of these contracts along with including all aspects of transport and haulage control
Supplier Management of, in excess of 250 constantly changing suppliers across multiple temperature chambers
Reverse logistics backhaul management of multiple suppliers into the network and revenue gained accordingly.
Vendor Managed Inventory, in place and revenue gained accordingly.

Dates September 2007 – January 2018
Management of 150k despatch cases per week, with a Cost of Goods Sold £90m p.a
Management of the stock purchasing and production planning processes at Cranswick Continental Foods sites (x2), this included direct sourced goods from the Continent as well as the inventory management and production planning for 15 production lines.
Forecast Management and ensuring the purchasing and exiting of all SKUs was paramount.
Delivery of efficiency improvements in both aspects to reduce the stockholding but also increase efficiency in the factory via manufacturing enhancements from new machinery to improved Ways of Working.
Full understanding of food production and manufacturing from technical aspects through to product development, forecasting and manufacturing.
Implementation of new WMS system across the 2 sites - Navision

Ground breaking technical results. 1st site in the UK to be awarded BRC AA+ and M&S Gold rating
Establishment of 3PL Logistics Contracts with Oakland International and CML to supply Spar and Aldi respectively. From knowledge the supply chain still exists with Aldi being the 3rd largest customer.
