• Accountable for delivering a project and taking the lead in negotiation and risk management whilst reporting back to the Directors and other managers. 

• Chaired monthly meetings to assess the status and progress of each project as well as forecasting.

• Initiated a new system whereby variations to a contract would bring in additional revenue, this allowed the company to be more profitable.
