About Greg Sawyer:

I have made healthy living and physical fitness my personal mission for over 40 years and nothing gives me a bigger kick than motivating others to reach their health and fitness goals. We live in a time and in an environment where staying fit and healthy is harder than ever. I hope that my extensive sport and fitness knowledge, enthusiasm and life experience can help you to get where you want to go, while still having fun (and enjoying your favourite treats)!

I am a fully certified personal trainer and have enjoyed competitive success in badminton, bodybuilding and long-distance running. Road cycling looks like being the next major obsession in my sporting life! 

I am currently studying to become a qualified nutritionist and will be able to formally add diet prescription to my services in the near future. 

Experience

I have Cert III qualifications and have previously been duty manager at one of Melbourne's largest gyms, the St Kilda Sea Baths. I have also owned two gym franchises in Australia. In addition, I have 35 continuous years of gym training under my belt and have achieved competitive success in diverse endeavours, including badminton, athletics, squash and bodybuilding. I am currently studying part-time for a nutrition qualification, so that I can add dietary expertise to exercise prescription.

Cert III Gym Instruction and Personal Training, obtained in Australia.
