Property IAC, Global Assignments Team on site at CSFB, London - Cartus Mobility

  • Managing and co-ordinating the delivery of tenancy management services for employees of CSFB whilst on assignment in the UK
  • Ensuring that all pre/post tenancy requirements were in place prior to the move date
  • Managing CSFB’s lease renewal and termination processes
  • Liasing with assignees, letting agents/landlords and tenancy lawyers to ensure the best possible letting conditions

 

May 2000 – June 2002 

International Assignment Consultant - Cendant (now Cartus) Mobility

Cartus are one of the largest relocation and assignment management companies. The client base at the time included companies such as CSFB, GE, Microsoft, and Orange.

 

  • Responsible for day to day interface with assignees and clients
  • Relocation expense administration and assignment cost projections in line with the client’s relocation policy including COLA, etc. calculations
  • Preparation of assignment offer letter in line with client’s policy
  • Proactively coordinating/enhancing the relationships with Cendant’s internal departments and external suppliers in order to meet and exceed the client’s needs
