I am a very kind and respectful individual. I have a warm and welcoming approach to customers.  Love to provide support and assist at all times. I have really good communication skills as I have adapted on this along the way of working amongst different individuals and in different settings. I am a punctual and a organised individual. I take my work ethics very seriously.

Worked in two different school settings as a teaching assistant. Worked in a Early Years setting which allowed me to pick on many skills such as patience. Worked in a special needs school as well where i got to learn many different communication methods such as Makaton and using British Sign Language. I have also worked in a care home where i took care of residents by feeding them, carrying out activities and giving them company. I have also worked in a call centre where i used customer service to aid customers and used IT skills. Also worked in B&M store was able to learn how to use customer service skills and be organised. 

Have 6 GCSE's at grade C and above including Maths, English and Science. As well as a ABB in Triple Health and Social Care (CACHE) for A levels. And have a 1:1 classification degree in Childhood Studies for higher education level.
