Manage copper network investigations end to end to find a permanent solution to fix the network whilst considering financial responsibility, using analysis reports and complex systems to find best cost-effective solution and to provide the best service to the end user.
Using various complex systems (CSS, Artisan, Geohub and WFMT, Autofix etc) to create workflow for engineers.
Provide support to departments (Field, NES, and AUX/DAN etc) on a national level to help control job queues and generate workflow. 
Knowledge of the Copper field network to provide best solutions for engineers to carry out works.
Take part in daily meetings with senior managers and department managers about costs of work, escalations and high importance jobs and business improvements.
Experienced cover manager role over department in absence of manager to look after the departments needs and provide support to colleagues. 

Key Achievements:
Latest project regarding paying out SLA’S to customers resulted in over £500,000 savings for the company.
Worked on research and development in replacing systems (CSS) with offshore team.
Well experienced trainer helping new colleagues transition in the team and provided a support structure.
