I am a dedicated and motivated student currently pursuing a BTEC Business Level 3 at NCC Havering Sixth Form.  As a team member at Greggs and JRS Caribbean Takeaway, I have honed my customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments. I am passionate about real estate; I am eager to apply my business knowledge and organisational skills in a professional setting. I am recognised for my proactive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to achieving excellence in all tasks.

I have developed a strong foundation in customer service and team collaboration through my part-time roles at Greggs and JRs Caribbean Takeaway. At Greggs, I managed customer interactions, handled cash transactions, and ensured a clean and organised environment, demonstrating my ability to provide excellent service and attention to detail. My role at JRs Caribbean Takeaway further honed my skills in order management and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

These experiences have equipped me with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. I have successfully balanced my work responsibilities with my academic commitments at NCC Havering Sixth Form, showcasing my time management skills and dedication.

I am currently a student at NCC Havering Sixth Form, pursuing a BTEC Level 3 in Business. This programme has provided me with a solid foundation in business principles, including marketing, finance, and management. Through various projects and assignments, I have developed strong analytical and organisational skills, as well as a keen understanding of business operations.

Additionally, my involvement in school clubs and events, such as organising Culture Day, has further enhanced my leadership and teamwork abilities. These experiences have not only complemented my academic learning but also prepared me for a dynamic and customer-focused environment, making me a strong candidate for the estate agent apprenticeship.
