As an architect and a designer, I grew to be sensitive with details and have good spatial visualisation. Having a passion for combining my adaptability and critical thinking with the experiences and creativity of others, I am inspired and eager to work in an international environment. As an organised, calm individual in challenging situations, I am looking for opportunities where I can contribute in a creative, detail-oriented position in a team setting.

I have experiences that are consistent with that job: I have visited homes, have drawn as built and design plan (in CAD and Google Sketch up), chosen materials, colors and accessories, talked to customers and matched their requests to drawings and their budget. I have contacted to the factory (the manufacturing factory) and during the installation I have oversaw all stages.

I oversaw 10 building in Tehran, so I have good knowledge of building construction and appropriate use of materials, 

Worked as a designer in a building under construction for about two years,

Worked as a contractor for 4 years and worked with clients, visited projects, drew plans, designed and worked with manufacturer and producers.

Renovation designer of residential houses. Preparation of as-built drawings. Designing and drawing plans, sections and elevations in AutoCAD. 

Designing and drawing details for the projects. Modelling designs in 3D Sketch up. Guiding and motivating the team towards designing sustainable and more efficient plans. 

Sales, contracts and design negotiations consultant. 

Pitching design ideas to clients. Communicate with dealers. Liaise design and suggested material with developers the anticipated budget to reach a common ground.

Supervising construction of buildings to ensure projects meet deadlines.

Design Engineer of a school complex. Preparation of as-built drawings. Designing and drawing plans, sections and elevations in AutoCAD. Designing and drawing details for the projects. Modelling designs in 3D Sketch up.

Holding an exhibition (to sell) of handmade leather accessories (created by myself).

Teaching architecture students at different universities. Teaching technical drawings, planning, designing, geometry and climatic design.
