Whilst working at Haute Dolci, I had Initially taken on the role of a waiter, which mostly covered taking orders and serving desserts and beverages, dealing with customers and managing delivery orders first hand. Here i was able to experiment with the making of desserts and drinks, as the menus regularly changed. I further developed my duties, and increased my role within the store. This included waitering, where i answered questions customers may have had, as well as greeting and seating them, recommending desserts, whilst paying attention to dietary needs. I also covered the working in the kitchen where overtime I became head artisan. My duties was managing orders, making desserts and maintaining overall hygiene. Through this role i regularly oversaw members of staff, training them whilst working and maintained standards to the highest degree as a dessert artisan in the shop. This job enabled me to form strong connections with coworkers and gain a variety of new experiences, influencing the growth of my work ethics.
