With the experience that I have, I consider myself a strong public speaker, leader and creative person. For example, the Covid Pandemic in 2020 allowed music technology and performance people to provide more entertainment to an online audience through different media platforms. During those years I was able to lead several projects such as virtual choirs were we would work with over 20 recordings of singers and musicians and produce a song where people would ‘sing together’ and feel part of a team. 

Furthermore, after the pandemic I was able to conduct gospel choirs of all sizes from 20 to 60 people and perform at different events. Not only did I organise the choir, but also led the musicians by providing chord charts and scores for them. Planning the logistics, and rehearsals was an essential part, which also strengthened my organisation skills and indeed a strong communication between the team and heads of department.
Moreover, another reason I am interested in this position is because of the knowledge of ‘World music’ that I obtain. I am a pianist and singer (multi-instrumentalist) of Latin music, pop, jazz and gospel which are the four genres that I specialise on. However, working and making connections with musicians and singers from all around the globe provided the opportunity for me to play and sing a variety of genres. This also enlarged the music that I listen to.

With this position I will ensure to work and provide an excellent service to the company and especially learn from every opportunity given. As shown in my CV, this position could be benefited from the different languages that I speak (English, Spanish, Catalan and Portuguese) to make connections with more producers/artists beyond language barriers.
