• First point of contact for clients, providing advice on various topics, ranging from dietary requirements, behaviour and training, identifying an emergency situation; dealing with sensitive topics such as euthanasia and giving information on insurance 
• Booking in appointments and operations, taking orders for ongoing treatments, handling payments, scanning in deliveries, checking and answering emails and updating on lab reports 
• Assisting with animal handling and care before, after and during consultations

• Prepping fresh fruit and vegetables for large quantities of preserves using high quality machinery to prepare and store the preserves into jars, and recording quantities onto batch sheets
