Hannah Thorne

I have worked in hospitality for for almost 10 years and i am looking to progress my career further. I am hardworking and thrive in high pressure environments. I enjoy working in a team as well as problem solving individually. I have experience in events and project management, also a degree in digital marketing and my personal and driver’s licence.

My main field has always been customer facing hospitality within both bars and restaurants. I have an extensive knowledge of whiskies, beers and spirits as well as the business knowledge of upselling and marketing. In becoming a supervisor i have also learnt about

conflict management and resolution as well as training new staff. 

My degree in Music Business has allowed me to learn about events and project management as well as the keys skills of creating and promoting a brand. Digital Marketing also helped me to continue to develop these skills as well as teaching me the practical skills of creating and analysing logo’s etc. This also taught me how important reputation and customer connection is to a business.
