Harley Coleman

I am a physically fit person who keeps fit and takes regular exercise through walking, gym, mixed martial arts and other sports. 

I am happy working on my own or as part of a team and can take Instructions on board quickly.

I am conscientious person and pay attention to details and I am eager to learn new skills.

I enjoyed both my primary and secondary education where I was involved in lots of extra curricular activities, including sports.

I have assisted coaching of young people and enjoyed the rigours of delivering newspapers as a 15 year old during lockdown. 

I left school and completed my city and Guilds construction course at Colchester institute, which included painting and decorating, paint spraying and working on building sites including fencing. I have knowledge and level 1 in healthy and safety.
