 I have always been a Compassionate and dedicated nurse and maintained strong reputation for achieving high levels of patient satisfaction in order to make patients feel valued, care for and being safe. I am exceptionally organised and have excellent time management skills meaning that I work well under pressure and can manage the needs of individual patients effectively. I have received numerous excellent feedbacks from patients/family and friends and members of staff which has given me a huge sense of pride job satisfaction.  I will continue focusing and bring my valuable skills forward and provide the best possible warmth loving care for patients and ensuring they are comfortable and receive the correct treatment and pride myself on my professionalism and carrying out every duty to the highest standards, resulting in patience confidence and trust, which help me to effectively interact with patients, families, doctors and other health team members.

Within the 12 years working in emergency department, I have obtained qualifications such as Immediate Life Support, Advance Trauma Life Support, Trauma Immediate Life Support, MAJOR INCIDENTS/CBRN, adult mental health, adult/children safeguarding, Advanced History Taking and Physical Examination with Clinical Reasoning - Level 7, following my mandatory training keeping up to date continuously in order to improve our performances and giving high quality care towards our patients within our trust. 
I feel that my competencies and capabilities have allowed me to obtain a wide range of nursing skills and experiences, which has now given me the opportunity to be training within the field of being emergency nurse practitioner.
