Employment History

Fish And Chip Shop Assistant – The Station Diner 2016 to 2021
Worked part-time, where my responsibilities included dealing with the public, food preparation, clearing and tidying up, replenishing stock, cash handling, taking orders, and Health & Safety Compliance.

Sales Assistant- Iceland Foods 2021 to 2024
Responsibilities included dealing with the public, replenishing freezers and shelves, checkout operation, cash handling, home delivery presentation, assisting with stock deliveries, and crime prevention.

Assembly & Stores Operative - Industrial Valve Specialists 2024 to Present

Working for IVS, a subsidiary of Park Electrical Services, where my responsibilities include preparing valves and kits for customers, assembling valve kits, offering help and support, making deliveries, and using Sage to create and amend orders. 

Additional Work Experience

October 2018, St. Columbanus College, assisting the IT technician in a variety of tasks.  Undertook a week of work placement, where I was able to achieve valuable experience within a variety of areas, including maintaining devices across the premises, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing, and configuring new equipment, ensuring security protocols were up to date, providing technical support to students and staff, and giving my employer help and support throughout various situations. Through this I developed my strong problem-solving skills and gained experience working with a variety of different types of technology including server hardware and software - standalone and network, and (Integrated Learning Systems.
