I’m a motivated and reliable 17-year-old with 9 months of experience working at McDonald’s, where I developed strong customer service and communication skills. Working in a fast-paced environment taught me how to stay calm under pressure, work efficiently as part of a team, and provide a positive experience for every customer. I’m eager to bring this experience, along with a friendly and hardworking attitude, to a new customer service role.

My role involved taking orders, handling payments, preparing food, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I developed strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities while consistently maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

Completed my GCSEs. I’m now enrolled for a course at college that I am beginning in September. I’d love to have a new job on the side of going to college.
