Scope of Works: 6 plot high spec town houses with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The site is situated on a hill so there was a lot of ground work involved. All 6 plots have solar panels, double garages, all floors have underfloor heating.

Project Value: £15 million 

Client: Private client

Scope of Works: Georgian style manor house arranged over three floors has the additional benefit of a large Grade II listed oak framed Hampshire bar and a detached four bay garage with staff studio/office or games room above. The house totals 8,762 sq. ft with ceiling heights to the ground and first floors of just under 10 ft and 9 ft respectively. In addition, this house has a hard tennis court and features a stable block, detached cinema room or office and indoor swimming pool with changing rooms.

Scope of Works: Georgian style manor house situated on 6.5 acres of land, it has a double garage and an extensive open plan stairwell situated in the middle of the house. It comprises of 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with an annex located on the side.
