   I am a results-driven estates management leader who has architectural, construction and business management qualifications with over 20 years of experience in estates management, capital development programmes, masterplan developments and asset management for a diverse range of FE, SEND and HE institutions in both public and private sector organisations. I have a track record of achievements of working on and successfully leading and delivering strategic planning, organisational growth and stakeholder engagement resulting in operational excellence. Experienced in leading and overseeing complex projects, optimising estates portfolios, and delivering high-value infrastructure improvements. A proven leader with the ability to engage stakeholders, align developments with institutional goals, and ensure sustainability and long-term value. Now seeking to leverage my expertise to drive innovation with a fresh and new challenge in a forward-thinking and progressive organisation. 

I am passionate about giving children and young people the best opportunities to build the foundations of their lives through education by enabling the creation of the right built environment for students, staff and communities who also benefit from educational institutions and their services.   

• Leading the development and implementation of estates management and property strategies including asset management.
• Leading diverse and multidisciplinary in house and external teams as well as a wide range of stakeholders.
• Overseeing and managing large scale masterplan programmes offering value and benefits to clients’ organisations.
• Advising senior leaders on the development, production and implementation of estates strategies.
• Working collaboratively with stakeholders and overseeing the management of operational effectiveness and efficiencies including key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Applying architectural skills and knowledge to complement building designs and space planning.

• Managing hard and soft resources including capital development and operational budget planning.
