I have worked at Bespak in Kings Lynn for the last 23 years.  I started on the shop floor in 2001 and worked my way into various leadership positions managing manufacturing lines and teams to support medical device manufacture.  I have been part of projects launching NPI products and part of new line set ups, gaining our CEO award in the process.  I recently took a role as programme coordinator to develop my project management skills and completed PFQ and green belt training.

I have been working at Bespak in Kings Lynn for the last 23 years and recently left following a restructure and redundancies.  My most recent role was product engineering team lead.  This role was to support the business growth of sales for samples and support for customer queries for new and existing customers.  Previously I was a production manager looking after various size teams to support commercial medical device manufacturing or NPI projects.
