I am reliable, easy going and can work independently as well as within a team.  

I have great interpersonal skills, I’m willing to learn and I always work with a smile.

I have over 12+ years experience working in private households. This includes 7 years with my current family. 

• Proven ability to work under pressure, in various high-end catering environments, working both for myself and as a member of larger kitchen teams 

• I am passionate about food, always looking to develop my knowledge. This is proven my recent graduation from Leiths Cookery School where I undertook a course Nutrition in Culinary Practise. This is further emphasised by my interest in foreign cuisine, most recently attending a local cooking course whilst on holiday in Marrakech. 

• I know only to well the importance of flexibility from my experience working in private households, where you are unable to predict the ever changing routines of employers. 

• I am a confident an experienced driver, having passed my HGV licence, and have regularly driven with passengers in and around London during my time in private households. 

• I have catered for countless dinner parties for my current employer and past employers as well as doing privet dinner parties for Helen’s Kitchen. 

• I am a lover of animals; caring for horses and dogs has been a part of my daily life in all of my private household positions as well as working on hunt, dressage and showjumping yards as a groom.
