In 2008 I set up Tags Consulting and gradually built a solid advertising agency client base providing tagging, trafficking and reporting of online media campaigns to agencies without the in-house resource or knowledge. Over the last twenty years I have partnered with 22 Talent Marketing, Education Marketing and RPO agencies including AMS, Blackbridge, Cielo, Havas People, ThirtyThree and TMP, tracking, trafficking and/or reporting on thousands of campaigns during this time.

With over twenty years’ experience using and working with third party ad-serving platforms including Google’s CM360 and AmazonAds, I understand the opportunities as well as the limitations when it comes to tracking an online campaign successfully.

I also have extensive knowledge of integrating campaign-tracked data into ATS’ to ensure the correct data is captured. Additionally, working closely with providers such as Bond, BrassRing, Jobvite, Lumesse, Peoplefluent, Taleo and TribePad, I have a thorough understanding of the implementation of processes required to ultimately deliver what the client needs.

  • Responsibility for driving all new business opportunities for the company. 
  • Successfully partnering with 22 Recruitment Marketing and RPO agencies has resulted in Tags Consulting working with 300+ clients.

 

Client Partnership

  • Building strong relationships with Account leads, liaising with technical teams and presenting to clients directly. 

 

Campaign Management and Marketing Analytics

  • Over twenty years’ experience using and working with third party ad-serving platforms including Google’s CM360 and Sizmek, (AmazonAds).
  • Using Looker Studio to develop, design and deliver bespoke reports focusing on campaign performance metrics and ROI.
  • Optimising placements to achieve campaign goals

  • Leading a team of 10 across four locations responsible for tagging, trafficking and reporting on recruitment advertising campaigns.                 
  • Working alongside Account teams to ensure Campaign Management was understood and being discussed with clients.
  • Responsibility for quality assurance of outputs and for continual improvements to reports.
