Hollie Abdellatif

My names Hollie Abdellatif,  for the last 3 years I have taken some time out to have a baby through the pandemic and my son is now 2. 

I have over the 3 years kept my hand in the beauty industry via running my friends online make- up agency which provides a service for weddings, functions/ events and general make up appointments. 
I have been boosting the profile of the business on social media, deligating services and looking after staff with also keeping up to date on accounts and invoices. 

prior to that I worked in Malta as a freelance beauty therapist with most preferred treatment being facials. 

I have worked on the cruise ships in the duty free stores on board within the make up, skincare and fragrance department from 2016-2019 as a level 6 which equivalent to a management role on land.  

previous to this I worked in Egypt at the four seasons hotel as a head beauty therapist. 

living in London from 2007-2015 I have worked my way from a sales assistant to a business manager within high end companies in stores such as Harrods and Selfridges.

Working with luxury brands in such high end department stores, hotel and cruise liner I have always worked my way up and maintained a high standard In my professional and private life. 

brands such as Harrods taught me the importance of customer service that every customer should receive the best experience to allow for that repeat and return customer. 
building a rapport with customers is the highest level of service you can provide as this shows that you are not only there to sell a product but to understand the needs and wants from the customer.
