I have recently graduated from Solent University and looking for an opportunity to put my skill set to the test and gain more confidence in the working world. I currently am working in retail where I enjoy interacting with my team and customers. I have gained various administration skills with my past and current roles. I have the ability to work as part of a team and independently when required. I am confident with Microsoft systems and feel that I am a fast learner when I am needing to learn anything new.

I have worked in a customer service and administration sector since I started working at the age of 15. I have gained excellent communication skills when interacting with people whether it's by email or phone.I am confident with using Microsoft systems. I have experience with raising, editing and drafting new contracts along with data entry skills. Assisting with store preparations with in store promotions. I enjoy working as part of a team and I am able to work independently.

6 GCSE's all at level 5 and above (equivalent of C or above) including English language, English literature and Maths.
