I am a Political Science and Research (MA) graduate from the Central European University. I am actively looking for work opportunities. I have worked in the development sector and also have expertise in project management, research, survey design, and quantitative analysis.

I have 3.5 years of experience, working in the women's education and data management sector. I have worked with CARE foundation Pakistan-one of the biggest educational NGOs in the World, as a Project Coordinator. I used to plan, coordinate and monitor employment & training programs by need-based assessment, quality assurance, feedback, and guidance. I have gained insight into data analysis tools and backend working for maintaining databases. My academic experience covers working with a team of 45 teachers in multiple schools while empowering those from the underprivileged area, particularly women. My role includes coordination with other governmental and non-governmental partners and stakeholders, for a smooth flow of operations along with maintaining a proper record of the ongoing projects. I also developed a monitoring and evaluation program which had a geographical mapping feature through which we could analyze learning centers across Pakistan and evaluate their performance. I was leading the ‘Access to English Language Program’, which aimed to enable to acquire English Language skills. 

I have also acquired the experience of working voluntarily in medical camps arranged by Hijaz hospital and have recently been playing a leading role particularly during the campaign and facilitation of the patients. The camps are organized in remote areas that take on the challenging task of motivating the women to come and share their problems. Working with women of underprivileged backgrounds gave me a clear understanding of their needs and problems. I have also worked with TallyMarks Consulting as a Project Manager in a health related projects and learned how to integrate data of our hospitals with geo-coordinates and generate real-time information, thus helping in decision-making

I am a Political Science (MA) graduate from Central European University, Austria. I am qualified in research, written and verbal communication, and project development skills. Owing to my academic background and experience, I have developed skillset in project management, research, analysis, reporting, monitoring and evaluation, survey design, along with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, power point, Qualtrics and R. The education in Political Science gave me the opportunity to learn and expand my skillset, and broadened my prejudiced view of the world as I cam across lots of literature around developed and underdeveloped states.
