I am currently a receptionist for Metropolitan Gaming in Empire Casino Leicester Square. I have a great passion for music as I am studying my final year BA(Hons) Creative Musicianship at ICMP Kilburn. I am an aspiring singer, songwriter and producer, I have self taught myself to play the piano and produce tracks as it is a huge passion of mine. I have many experiences in the catering, beauty, front of house host, retail and reception/admin industries.

- Kiosk role, working at a station in stalls selling snack beverages and merchandise

- Seat service, being assigned to stalls, dress circle or grand circle, I’d assist customers to their seats and take orders and payments and work fast paced as we have limited time to serve as many customers as possible before the show starts.

- VIP HOST, one of my main roles working here was hosting customers in the VIP Lounge, this role included meet and greet with the customers, one to one catering, serving snacks and beverages, and sales of merchandise and later taking customers to their seats. This role was very crucial as you have to always keep a conversation going, as the customers are excited about the show and have many questions, therefore I had to do my research and be very knowledgeable about the cast history of the show, and what the show is about. If unable to communicate with customers in the Lounge, things could get very awkward, very quickly.
