Weser River Immersed Tube Tunnel
• Utilized LUSAS software to create line model for the longitudinal analysis of an immersed tube tunnel, ensuring
accurate structural assessments.
• Automated load inputs in analytical models by generating scripts, enhancing efficiency in the analysis process.
• Developed spreadsheets to undertake the strut and tie designs to Eurocode requirements considering the
German National Annex.

Chipping Warden Green Tunnel
• Conducted calculations for deadload, wind forces, thermal effects, and train loading following BS EN1991
standards.
• Analyzed precast tunnel segments using a 2D Finite Element Analysis (FEA) model in Midas software.
• Verified nominal concrete cover to meet HS2 durability requirements, ensuring long-term structural resilience.
• Verified tunnel segments' structural capacity for combined bending and axial loading using Autodesk Structural
Bridge design.
A43 Oxford Road Overbridge - Steel Composite Bridge
• Utilized LUSAS software for bridge analysis, ensuring accurate modeling and simulation of structural behavior
• Developed and utilized in-house Excel spreadsheets for detailed checks and calculations of bridge components
• Executed comprehensive checks for ultimate limit state and fatigue, covering girder, splice connection, shear
studs, wingwall, bracing, welds, and piles.
• Attended weekly progress meetings, providing updates, and collaborating with the design team.
• Adhered to contractual agreements by promptly raising change requests for additional client-instructed work,
ensuring compliance and transparency.
HS2 Culverts
• Oversaw culvert projects totalling £450,000 in value, ensuring successful delivery within budget constraints.
• Utilized Autodesk Structural Bridge Design to perform 2D Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural analysis.
• Verified critical section capacity (ULS) and assessed crack width (SLS) to ensure structural integrity.
