About Hywel Jeffcott:

Teacher of Design and Technology and Food and Nutrition with experience in many schools and leadership. I also am an experienced SEND teacher of students with serious behavioural needs. 

Experience

I have been teaching for 30 years in many different schools and countries. I have been in charge of departments and faculties. I have worked in the UK, Europe, Asia and Africa. I am a keen mountaineer, rugby referee and guitarist and use these interests to enthuse students in many extra curriculum activities.

Education

Recently, I have been leading the Design and Technology and Food and Nutrition department in a school in Malawi, and previous to that in The Netherlands. I was Head of Design and Technology in a school in Somerset.
