I'm a chartered IT professional with a broad range of experience in the manufacturing, financial and ERP/MES sectors, incorporating customer support and training, asset and budget control, planning, organisation and administration. Results driven and commercially focused with a proven track record in delivering IT within demanding and regulated environments. Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to liaise effectively with people at all levels. 

I bring over two decades of senior experience leading digital, data, and technology functions in complex, high-pressure environments. My career has been built on shaping IT strategy, strengthening infrastructure, improving data capability, and delivering business outcomes through technology. I have repeatedly stepped into roles where transformation was essential and led teams, suppliers, and stakeholders through change with clarity and stability.

Throughout my leadership roles, I have influenced organisational direction by creating secure, resilient, and cost-effective technology strategies. I have designed and delivered multi-year roadmaps, overseen ERP and infrastructure transformations, modernised networks, and introduced disciplined governance. My work implementing Cyber Essentials Plus, SOX-aligned controls, disaster recovery processes, and secure VPN environments shows a strong commitment to fairness, transparency, and ethical practice in digital operations.

I have managed significant budgets, up to 1M, and consistently delivered savings and value through contract consolidation, supplier management, and targeted investment decisions. My experience spans leading internal teams of up to twelve people and engaging third-party suppliers to drive performance, align services with business goals, and maintain accountability.

Large-scale change is a consistent theme in my career. I have led ERP implementations across multiple organisations, completed international project recoveries, merged network structures, redesigned infrastructure, embedded new reporting structures, and created the processes needed for stable, high-performing digital environments. I adapt quickly, support people through uncertainty, and maintain momentum without compromising wellbeing or engagement.

With strong strategic thinking paired with practical delivery expertise. I am comfortable engaging at board level, translating technical direction into clear business language, and ensuring decisions are grounded in risk awareness, operational resilience, and organisational goals. I also have a long track record of capability building, from upskilling teams to designing compliance frameworks and simplifying complex systems so people can work smarter and faster.
