I worked as a Reservation Manager at Hotel Sunshine, Enugu, Nigeria from  Feb 2022 to Nov 2022, delivered an excellent Customer Service through pro-activeness, anticipating guest needs and communicating skills and successfully led the catering staff to guarantee the highest level of food quality and presentation. From Mar 2019 to Aug 2021 I worked as a Sales Officer at Teboi Farm Nigeria Limited, Nigeria, identifying and educating prospective customers while Providing existing customers with exceptional support and information and assistance that relates to companies products and services. Then I worked as a Nursery Teacher at Royal Orchard First School, Enugu, Nigeria from Nov 2017 to Dec 2018, provided guidance, educational and emotional support to students with learning or behavioural difficulties and special needs.
