Kroll (formerly Lucid) Agency & Trustee Services (Dec 2021 -  present)

Loan & note transfer responsibilities:

• Leading primary syndications from an agency settlement perspective; I am currently handling syndications totalling €1.5 Bn, primarily settled online via ClearPar.

• In my role, I lead engagement with parties on transfer related workstreams, handling online & offline transfers and related queries.

• Beyond primary transfers, I manage secondary market transfers for the deals within my portfolio.

Further Agency & Trustee responsibilities, primarily in the EMEA market and within LMA guidelines:

• Negotiating the terms of engagement letters with external parties in respect of service of process agent roles, and the subsequent processing of English law documents received.

• Supporting senior transaction managers with new deal closings, preparing for and tracking utilisations & other funding events (excluding interest payments)

• Leading invoicing responsibilities in the team, including guiding and training both existing and newly onboarded colleagues.

• Managing consent events between parties, responsible for the dissemination of relevant information & documents (including experience with Debt Domain) and the collation of subsequent responses.

• Receiving & processing of security documents in accordance with internal policies & procedures.
