I’m a Business Management graduate from the University of Surrey with a strong interest in commercial operations, finance, and people focused roles. Through experience in retail supervision and assistant accounting, I’ve developed solid analytical, organisational, and customer focused skills, alongside hands on experience with financial data, stock management, and team leadership. I’m adaptable, detail oriented, and motivated to apply my academic knowledge and practical experience in a fast paced professional environment while continuing to learn and grow.
Experience
I have experience across retail operations, supervision, and entry level finance roles. I’ve worked in fast paced customer facing environments, handling cash, stock control, POS systems, and daily store operations, while also training and supporting new staff. As a store supervisor, I developed leadership, customer insight, and operational decision making skills. I also gained financial experience as an assistant accountant, supporting invoicing, reconciliations, and Excel based reporting, strengthening my analytical and attention to detail skills.
Education
I hold a BSc in Business Management from the University of Surrey (2:1), with strong results in Financial & Management Accounting, Human Resource Management, and Marketing. My studies developed practical commercial, analytical, and people management skills, supported by a research led dissertation analysing how real world conflict impacts the U.S. retail industry.
