Established strategies to increase employee engagement and retention, creating a sense of connection and belonging in the remote work environment

Led and achieved one of the company’s quarterly goals with the creation of an Event Strategy and Plan for 2023. After presenting the plan to the whole company we submitted an NPS survey, achieving a score of 85.

Built excellent relationships with several teams and worked closely with C-level and Management to deliver engaging events which support their objectives, ensuring team happiness.

Been responsible for the concept creation, project management and delivery of on-site and off-site events, while maintaining close attention to detail.

Proactively managed any issues on event days and kindly responded to last- minute changes to any involved stakeholders.

Gathered feedback from key events and provided updates and recommendations for the future.

Managed successfully the 2022 company events budget ( ca €500K ), while being cost-conscious and delivering exceptional

experiences.

Key recent projects include:

Hackathon - Berlin 06-10th December 2022: 4 days hackathon with guests from 6 countries from the Product & Engineering departments. As part of the program, team building activities were also included, as well as a final party with the Berlin-based employees.

Mental Health Month: curated a month of virtual events and activities in order to bring more awareness around the topic of Mental & Physical Health. The attendance rate was spanning from 10% to 20% of the company. This was just the beginning of a long term strategy that I planned for the whole 2023 in order to increase the engagement rate and shape the community.

People Team Event - Malaga 17-21st October 2022: a training week for the People & Culture team in order to foster the team bonding and discuss the future strategies for the last quarter of the year. After this experience the cooperation within the team significantly increased resulting in a higher productivity and efficiency.

Sales Academy - Thessaloniki 03-07th October 2022: 4 days training with guests from 15 countries from the Sales & Marketing departments. The program included conferences, workshops, team building activities and a final Gala dinner.

Ops Con - Hurghada 04-08th October 2022: Four-day international conference for the entire company with guests coming from 33 countries. Among the activities included were conferences, workshops, team-building activities, excursions to discover the local culture, and a final Gala dinner.

March 2020 - March 2022, in Berlin - Freelance

SØNDER - Event and Booking Manager

Multidisciplinary event organisation whose aim is to promote emergent artists mixing several type of arts to create unique experiences.

Launched several projects including 17 events, 33 podcasts and 9 streaming series, which have been the core content of our

social media strategy resulting in an engagement rate of 5%.

Overseen booking strategy and managing everything from the negotiations to the logistic organisation. Served as first point of

contact with the booking agencies, the artists and venues.

Chantonner - Digital Marketing Consultant

Gourmet shop in the financial center of Bogotá.

Supported in the transition of the business from offline to online, with the creation of an e-commerce, through engagement with

existing customers and acquisition of new ones, growing the community from 0 to 2000 with an engagement rate of 1.06%.

Targeted a new audience with a Christmas Instagram campaign. 23% of new users visited the e-commerce with a conversion rate

of 1.82%.

Treepoids - Digital Marketing Consultant

Hand-drawn Game about exploration, tricky puzzles, strategic battles and the story of living trees from outer space.
• Recommended rebranding, providing suggestions for font, color palette, and tone of voice.
• Optimised the website, applied the re-branding recommendations, improved UX/UI, optimised on-page and off-page SEO

strategy through Keyword and competitor analysis, backlink creation and content curation. All this resulted in improved ranking in

Google.
• Development of Google Search and Display Ads, which resulted in a 15% increase in CTR.

November 2019 - March 2020, in Panamá - Freelance

Tribal Gathering - Production Executive

Multicultural festival about tribes from all over the world taking place on a Caribbean beach of Panama.

Corona outbreak occurred during the festival. Along with the production director, thanks to my Spanish knowledge, I personally negotiated with the local authorities on how the festival could be evacuated and how all the attendees and crew members could

be sent home safely.

Supported the Production Director and the Production Manager in a general event production role.
