am self-motivated with a process driven approach; I pride myself with strong problem solving 
through an analytical lens which focuses on continuous improvement and the coaching and 
development of others. I continually enjoy challenging myself to learn new skills and step out of 
my comfort zone taking on responsibilities with which I am unfamiliar. Having been with my 
current company for 4 years this has allowed me to develop a range of skills including but not 
limited to, Process Development, Change Management, Health and Safety, Supplier 
Management and Data Analytics, communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
I implement a right first-time attitude into my everyday workings which involves me being both 
patient and detail-oriented in a fast moving environment. As such this has led me to continue to 
be eager to learn, adding new tools to my skillset through training, exposure, and mentorship.
