I am a recent graduate based in Swindon looking for a junior role in the marketing, HR or customer service sphere. 

Intrapreneurial Knowledge Exchange Enterprise Pathway Programme (Feb 2023-June 2023) 

The IKEEP business programme provides students with an increased understanding of business and marketing through lectures from business experts and frequent examinations. I learned about innovation management, business modelling and strategies, and how to make a difference within an existing business through creative thinking and productive teamwork. It has enhanced my confidence in presenting my ideas professionally, coherently, and persuasively.

Ex-Code Computer Programming Course (Oct 2022-Feb 2023)   

During this technology course, I enhanced my computer skills by learning a whole new language – Python. I enjoyed working with new people from different academic disciplines to increase my programming knowledge. I 

was proud to achieve full marks in the end-of-course exam. This experience has significantly increased my confidence in data collection, and I continue to study the language in my spare time. 

Superdrug Swindon Sales Advisor and Fragrance Advisor (Feb 2020-Sept 2022)   

Within this role, I strove to hit daily sales targets and provide customers with a positive and memorable experience. I enjoyed making connections with clients to guarantee they would return to the store and follow my professional guidance to secure sales. I was given the responsibility of directing newer members of the team through tasks and customer encounters to ensure that they felt comfortable and supported within the workplace. I now feel confident in liaising with different people to deliver good customer service and provide colleagues with constructive feedback. 

The Brewers Arms & The Plough Inn Waiting Staff (Jul 2017-Sept 2020)   

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at these two family-run pubs. My manager's passion helped me understand the importance of ensuring customers returned to support these small businesses. As a result, I was trained to excel at providing excellent customer service. I am now able to empathise with customers and ensure their wants are met promptly.
