About Isobelle Howard-Darlison:

Hi I am Isobelle and I am 16 currently finishing my GCSEs. 

I am very pragmatic and work well under time of stress. I am good with working in a team but I have no problem taking a leadership role when necessary. 

I was in Air cadets for 3 years and have learnt so many important values such as: determination, communication, perseverance, organisational skills. I am used to taking a leadership role but also show respect for others in leadership roles too. 

I try my best in everything I do and know when to ask for help. 

I am looking for a job that I can learn new things and experience different environments. 

Experience

I have experience working in a logistics setting in the office and also experience In a warehouse too. 

Education

I am currently finishing the last of GCSE exams and have applied for a Level 3 BETC course for in September this year.
