I'm Itunu Aladenola, an adaptable and detail-oriented professional with a First-Class degree in Computing for Business from De Montfort University. 

My background as a Data Analyst has equipped me with a robust understanding of data management, analysis, and strategic decision-making. With proficiency in ICT and software, including Python, SQL, and front-end development, I am passionate about leveraging data to drive innovation and efficiency. Outside of my professional endeavors, I am a self-taught coder and an avid video editor with a commitment to community service. My zeal for continuous learning and my knack for tackling new challenges define my professional journey.

My professional journey in the field of data analysis began at Sky, where I served in various capacities, including Digital Decisioning, Econometrics for Sky X Austria, and as an Insight Analyst for NOW. In these roles, I developed a strong proficiency in Adobe Audience Manager (AAM), creating dashboards and conducting in-depth data analysis to shape strategic business decisions. My work included tracking brand equity, managing customer data, and producing statistical models for consumer behavior.

Progressing to Servicing Stop as a Data Analyst, I further refined my expertise in data management and strategic decision-making. I played a pivotal role in enhancing pricing strategies and developed models to minimize cancellation rates. My adeptness in A/B Testing and customer journey optimisation significantly boosted the company's operational efficiency.

Throughout my career, I have consistently leveraged my technical skills, utilizing tools like Python, SQL, and various data visualisation platforms to transform raw data into actionable insights. My commitment to professional growth is evident through my self-taught coding initiatives and active participation in industry events.

In 2020, I graduated from De Montfort University with a First-Class Honours degree in Computing for Business. My academic journey not only grounded me in the principles of data management and web development but also instilled a robust understanding of operational research and IT service management. Currently, I am further honing my technical acumen through a Web Development course, sharpening my skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to complement my data analysis expertise.
