Jul 2023 – Present Human Resources Advisor – Tensator Ltd, Milton Keynes Global provider of crowd control solutions, supporting employees across multiple international locations while ensuring compliant and effective people management practices. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on all employee relations matters, including performance, absence, and disciplinary/grievance issues. Manage and document end-to-end employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with UK employment law, internal policies, and GDPR. Coach managers on probation, performance improvement, flexible working, and health-related matters, enhancing their people management capability. Oversee absence management processes, liaising with Occupational Health and wellbeing providers to support employee health and timely interventions. Deliver HR administration across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and HRIS data management, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Support resourcing activities, including job postings, interviews, and candidate management. Partner with managers to drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning initiatives.
