Currently the General Manager at Talland Bay Hotel & Restaurant, surpassing my 10th year working with the company in September '25. Working in & around restaurants since 11 years old. I have come up through the ranks of hotel & restaurants organically taking on any challenges I face. I am a huge advocate for team work & collaborative working. Working with the team is what makes the guests & staff feel apart of something special!
