Work hard. Manual is when I'm best. Will fulfill task to best degree possible. I have a passion for sport and health. I find talking to strangers relatively easily and prefer to be on first name basis with everyone so I can understand them and create a superb environment.

The bulk of my work life has been manual labor. This breaks down into various branches such as using forklift trucks and VNA's to having basic joinery skills and experience on construction sites. However what I really strive for is to put my sport experience into a career. With a degree in sport science and coaching, a second level personal training and group fitness instructing. I have a years experience developing various coaching plans for teenage children at college for basketball football and the ability to improvise sports to suit all physically able levels. I also have around 6 months experience being a coach for toddlers and having a DBS. Having competed and working with national athletes I have some what experience working with no experience, amateurs all the way to top level national athletes.

3 year bachelor degree at 2:2 pass grade. During this 3 year course I have worked with adults, teenagers and under 16's football athletes. Exploring various applications of sport, from how to accurately periodise training, how the body works and how to maximise results the best in the safest and fastest times. Coupled with my personal training and group fitness instructing I believe I can atleast get a great start for anyone's needs.
