Jack Hall

I am a highly motivated, energetic individual and I am seeking a position to build on my existing customer service experience. I have recently completed my studies at Durham University, and I am looking for work.

I have four years employment experience working as a junior tennis coach and receptionist at a busy local tennis club, as well as experience of working in the service industry at the Hilton and the George, as a football coach, as a delivery driver for dominos and finally as a key worker for Sainsburys on a 2-month short term contract and as a track and trace operative for the government for over a year. These work environments have given me experience of operating under pressure and to deadlines. I have outstanding social and communication skills which have enabled me to form excellent relationships with customers and work colleagues alike. I have experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. I am also able to operate social media and run accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat. I also have outstanding numeracy skills and experience handling cash and card transactions. I am willing to workdays, evenings and sundays and I would always seek to be as flexible as possible to fit in with the requirements of the role. I am able to maintain a professional manner in the workplace at all times.
